Tourists at the Ravenscroft Village bridge.

Greetings from Mrs. Aurelian.

You are currently located at Ravenscroft Village.

The site Ravenscroft Village stands upon was first occupied circa 2500 B.C., by the Beaker People, who were so-called and renowned for the unusual pottery beakers they crafted, and who may also have been the first speakers of the P-Gaelic language in Great Britain.

Throughout the millennia, many other cultures subsequently established themselves at this site. So, just like most villages that dot the English countryside, it has an ancient and diverse heritage.

Now that you're here, won't you please take a look around? You're bound to find something to interest you!
